Roles & Responsibilities:-

• To answer farmer queries over the call.
• Call and take follow up with Farmers.
• Provide details of product USP.
• Provide the right farming solution.
• Guide them to select the right product and drive sales.
• Self leads Generations.

Skill Required:-

Detailed Knowledge regarding crops, pest diseases, Smart Sales Skills, Interactive Communication Skills.

Preferred Languages- Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu

Education:-

BSC Agri / Agri Graduate

Experience:-

3 to 5 Years

Language:-

Marathi, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu

Male / Female

Salary & Incentives:-
