Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales and presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies. This role involves overseeing the entire e-commerce lifecycle from product listing to order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure all products are accurately listed, prices are up-to-date, and inventory levels are maintained.
2. Product Presentation:
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure product descriptions and images are engaging and accurate.
3. Order Fulfillment:
- Manage order processing, shipping, and returns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize delivery times and minimize errors.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze e-commerce metrics and generate reports to track performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Marketplace Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms.
- Explore opportunities to expand the brand’s presence on additional marketplaces.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce.
- Graduation in any stream.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficient in Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of eCommerce and brand management.
- Flexible to work extended hours.
