Learning and Development Head.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic and self- driven Learning and Development Head for our Phaltan Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees, promoting career growth and talent retention.
• Enhance employee performance and productivity through targeted training and development initiatives.
• Support organizational growth and competitiveness by equipping employees with relevant skills and knowledge.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
• Needs to plan and create training programmes that meet the company’s objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Cultivate a learning culture that encourages innovation, adaptability, and personal development among employees.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in L&D to continually improve training programs.
• Identify training needs through performance assessments, feedback mechanisms, and industry trends analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.

Qualifications:

• Must have 15+ years of working experience in sales management, business/ Talent development, or a senior sales leadership role.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent Organizational Development and Change Management Skills.
• Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent Ability to Influence and Inspire others at all levels of the company.
