Key Responsibilities-

• Conduct daily field visits to assigned villages and meet progressive farmers.

• Implement product demonstrations, trial setup, and crop monitoring.

• Track and drive daily liquidation through distributors and retailers.

• Maintain continuous follow-up with farmers regarding product performance and feedback.

• Build strong relationships with Krishi Seva Kendras, dealers, and influencers.

• Conduct farmer meetings, field days, and awareness activities.

• Share daily reports on visits, sales progress, and market intelligence.

• Identify new business opportunities and support expansion in new areas.
