Sales & Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team at Kay Bee Bio Organics Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

2. Sales Management:

• Oversee the sales team and provide guidance to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

3. Marketing Campaigns:

• Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to reach target audiences.

4. Product Positioning:

• Work closely with the product development team to understand product offerings and effectively position them in the market.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement or expansion based on market feedback.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications-

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
2. MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field.
3. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
6. Prior experience in the bio-organic or agricultural industry is a plus.
