Job Title: Senior E-commerce Executive

Reporting to: HOD Ecommerce

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Executive to join our team at Kay Bee Bio-Organics. This role involves managing end-to-end eCommerce operations and ensuring smooth functioning across all our platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall eCommerce operations to ensure smooth order processing on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart etc.
• Handle daily order creation, processing, shipment confirmation, and tracking uploads.
• Conduct product listing (single and bulk), product cataloguing, and website management.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure positive feedback and increase ratings.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for stock availability.
• Manage timely replenishment of inventory across all marketplaces.
• Resolve IPR complaints related to copyright, patent, and trademark.
• Update real-time details (MRP, offers, discounts, stock) on websites and marketplaces.
• Manage sales operations, keyword management, advertising, and deals.
• Understand the eCommerce ecosystem and identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to managing export channels and other business requirements.
• Identify new relevant marketplaces to explore growth opportunities and manage operations, sales, and advertising effectively.
• Perform regular follow-ups with clients for updates.
• Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for invoice billing and pricing.
• Create and manage spreadsheets for reporting.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce and brand management.
• Flexible to work extended hours.
